Our refund policy is quite simple. There is no such policy on software, nor is there a need for one as our products are available as a free trial before purchase, giving users ample time and opportunity to decide if it meets their needs. Faulty hardware, if supplied by us, will be replaced or repaired under the manufacturer's warranty terms.
