Inventory

A record for each stock item is kept together with current transactions. On-hand values and MTD/YTD sales analysis are updated immediately when a transaction is done. 12 months history with profit figures is available with the click of a button. Preset values make new stock entry a breeze.

A purchase history is recorded for each supplier and retains MTD and YTD figures for each product group.

Customers and Receivables

Track your best customers, the type of customers buying certain items, strong sales regions and best selling items. Analyzing your product sales and customer purchases will allow you to make informed management decisions and develop sales strategies. You will be able to better manage inventory and target items to best meet the needs of your customer.

The current transactions for each customer are automatically displayed. Full account information as well as balances, MTD/YTD figures and discounts by product group are recorded. Inspect each customer's 12 month trading history.

Customer loyalty is enhanced with your In-house card system. This allows you to record a sale through a barcode or card reader rather than using a customer code. Statement details are sorted by card number. Credit can be allowed and limits can be applied. Keep track of the people that are loyal to you. Direct mail campaigns are easily coordinated.

Because ProBe is a total 'on-line' program, you are able to view up to the minute reports at any time, without interruption to trading.
